In our previous post, We shared about how to chose light foods.
Light food is essentially what makes us feel light and right…. but we might not always have access to the messages given to us about what is right and not.

So now the question is…. why do we want to eat light foods? Why would eating light foods become a lifestyle goal for someone?
We briefly touched upon the reasons, but we want to expand on this a little further.
Light food is a guideline for what our body appreciates and what not.
Light food is like the runaway for the airplane. It allows us to be seen by our higher-selves and by everyone else. It gives space. it gives space and power for us to fly.
As it was explored in our previous post, we inherently know what is right and not right for us. Remember, light foods are what feels light AND right for YOU.
A little note: “not right” doesn’t meant it is wrong.
We used to believe everything is either right or wrong, good or bad, light or dark, but this is the old energy and we must release this linear way of thinking of categorizing everything in polar opposites. It simply no longer serves our consciousness towards evolution.
When we know what is right for us however, we also know we are unlimited because it is in this energy that our true inner light beam spreads out supporting our magnificence to the fullest.
And by acting upon it, we embody the authenticity of who we really are.
Light foods is truly a lifestyle of the new energy.
The best part is yet to come….
The… ecstatic part of eating light food is that you feel good, you feel seen, loved and cared for anybody else but YOU.
As we are all humans, we have the 3 basic needs. Sleep, sex and eat.
Some say if we want to ascend we must get rid of the raw primal “human needs” and act like the ascended masters from heavens.
But how do we get rid of our basic needs, when this is what makes us human on our planet?
Well, we don’t. Just as we can’t “get rid” of our shadows.
Instead, the way is to becomes best friends with the shadows and the animals in us. To truly enjoy and appreciate their company but know, we, as the soul sunshine, are the ones who has the spotlight in our playground called life with our intuition as the guide.
Eating light and right helps us to follow our own inner-light while really enjoying eating as our 3 basic needs!
So I ask you, what do you like to eat?
What sort of foods, ingredients, vegetables, dishes and fruits makes you tap your lap and move your body into that space of “OH THIS IS SO RIGHT FOR ME” ???
