I love how well organized your post is. I had no trouble at all navigating and finding recipes and iterations. Your use of photographs was also very helpful when discussing your process. I really liked how you pulled recipes of your mom’s to help with your idea generation. Having a good starting point seemed like it really helped your overall project.

I wish your cookies had a little stronger coffee flavor. I loved the subtle orange flavor but the coffee was barely there.

What if you tried mixing the two flavors into one cookie instead of two halves? I don’t know how it would taste but it could have been another iteration to try. If you ever make them again, which i think you should because you have a good idea, what if you tried actual coffee beans in the cookies? That could really give you a nice strong coffee flavor to go with the orange.
