As we inch closer to launching the GARI Mining Program, we are introducing the concept of ‘Badges’ to our community that has shown immense love and support across all our social channels. In this article, we will discuss the concept of ‘Badges’ and how it will be beneficial for our community.
Badges are NFTs a user/creator can purchase in the Chingari app to multiply their daily GARI earnings up to 10x.
Let us try and understand how badges would increase your GARI earnings, for a creator/user of course.
For instance, Phil is one of the regular creators of the Chingari app with a massive follower base. Let us assume that on 4th July 2022 he earns 10 GARI tokens for doing some in-app activities which could be uploading a video, receiving likes, shares or comments on that video.
The ‘Badges’ will multiply his earnings up to 10x, depending on the badge level (as mentioned below).
Moreover, there are two kinds of NFT Badges i.e. Creators Badges and User Badges. Each of your Badges can be upgraded up to Diamond level from Basic level as shown in the above table.
As a creator or a user, you’ll be able to maximize your Contribution Score depending on the level of your Badge.
These Badges will give you access to a daily Pool of 45K GARI tokens and you’ll be rewarded in proportion to engagements you receive for your content.
A Creator Badge enables multipliers for creator-related contributions whereas a user badge enables multipliers for user-related contributions.
Please check the table below for activities a user or a creator is entitled to participate in.
Depending on the number of activities you as a user or creator are involved with, you’ll be rewarded with a proportionate number of GARI tokens from the 45K pool.
There is no limit on the maximum number of GARI tokens you could earn from Mining.
