However, of late we have noticed that certain users are exploiting the network by employing automated codes/watching videos at set times for the bulk of activities in order to get an unfair advantage against legitimate Miners. Also we have noticed some of the users are creating multiple accounts to abuse the Mining system to get unfair advantage.
These actions are absolutely unfair towards the other miners and go against our rules. We are committed to providing everyone with a level playing field and for us, each and every user is equally important. In order to keep a check on such activities, we have restricted these abusive users to create a fair reward system. We further ensure our community that such users will be monitored on a regular basis.

Recently we came across a user named Harsh Gupta who is abusing the mining process, mis-guiding users, cheating users by taking tokens as tips & not sending them back, and creating 100s of accounts. We have restricted all those accounts who pooled Tokens and involved in this mining abuse so that the real-miners can get their fair share. We have received one of the emails as below from a Chingari user regarding this:

When the user is doing all the abusing activities at large scale, and knowingly, then the only option left for such users is getting them removed from the system. Also we will be initiating legal proceedings on such users who are abusing our services and spreading mis-information.
