Planning a trip to Gardens By the Bay
Gardens by the Bay is a huge complex and I highly recommend visiting it. However, it can get a bit overwhelming to plan. Here is my guide to spending a day at Gardens by The Bay. I visited the following domes. All opinions are personal only.
🌸 Dome 1 — Floral Fantasy 🌸
🌹 Beautiful and aesthetic flower installations
🌺 Great for Instagram worthy pics, aesthetic backdrops and more
🚨 Closes the earliest of all domes— Check time before going
🎟 Ticketed entry
⏰ Recommended Visit duration — 1 Hour

🚙 Take shuttle (paid) or walk to the Flower Dome. All the domes mentioned below are close by.

☁️ Dome 3— Cloud Forest ☁️
The cloud Forest at Gardens By The Bay is one of the most impressive and stunning attractions in Singapore 🇸🇬 I also suggest to stay for the Misting process.

🧥 It gets a bit cold due to the waterfall, so a light jacket can be taken along
⭐️ Must check the Misting timings and plan your trip According to those times

🌳 SuperTree Grove 🌳
If you are planning to visit Singapore, or have an extended layover, I highly recommend visiting the SuperTree Grove at Gardens by The Bay. These huge Supertree structures are a site to behold. 12 of the 18 Supertrees are present in the Gardens by The Bay. Here are my tips:
- 🌳 The Supertree Grove is free to visit
- 🌆 I recommend visiting in the evening when the trees light up
- 💡 Every evening, the trees come alive through a spectacular light and sound show — called the Garden Rhapsody.
- 🎥 The show is free, however, kindly check the timings
- 🌉 You can go to the top of the largest super tree for amazing views of the garden and Marina Bay. It is called OCBC Skywalk
- 🎟 OCBC Skywalk has a ticketed entry.
- 💻 Lines may be long, I suggest getting tickets at the counter only. Based on the line size, they recommend if it would be optimal to get the tickets or not.
📝 I loved all of them. However, if you are on a time crunch, consider what you are seeking. I personally would prefer Cloud Forest and Supertree Grove for their versatility.
If you are looking for more aesthetic pictures then perhaps The other 2 domes.
