Unless you’re running a file server out of your garage or have set up a Clockwork Orange–style brainwashing station in your basement, 1TB is plenty.

Or you have multiple people streaming at one time, which is gonna be true in a household with more than one connected device (ie. everyone). If you’re a family with some teenagers I’m sure your usage is way higher than a couple without kids.
