Dude I had a long and drawn out saga getting some information from the IRS that included hours on hold on the phone (shudder) and them only releasing my documents via mail (too slow) or fax machine BUT THEN THEIR FAX MACHINE WAS BROKEN JUST TRY TO CALL BACK IN A FEW HOURS. I nearly had a rage stroke. Who even thinks fax machines are the best technology has to offer?
