I don’t know, I remember being 17 and thinking “if I pick a super hard major and go to the best school I can kind of afford people will always pay me to do hard things” and so far I’ve been totally right.

I never would have been on the level of comparing to schools for which one was more likely to get you hired. I mean honestly that only works if you intend to stay local to where you go to college. I did undergrad on the east coast and while the school I went to has name recognition there I live on the west coast and people just make jokes about the name. (Bates, they aren’t wrong)

Are there things I could have done differently if I knew then what I know now? Hell yes. Are there still options available to people who are career focused? Yes.
