I make a smoothie every morning for breakfast and slowly drink it. Some times I’ll also have a cliff bar. Then I keep the ingredients of a salad in the fridge and make that for lunch. If it’s nice out I’ll eat it in the back yard, if it’s not couch. I go out once a week.
I should go for a walk, but I do go to the gym or play hockey every day after work, so I don’t feel bad about that.
