I’m a yoga hater but fully understand the allure of directed working out — and paying a lot for it. I do small group lifting / cardio classes (not cross fit) where I have the unlimited monthly option versus paying on a class by class basis. As long as I go to at least 3 classes a week it’s more economical to do the unlimited class.
I find that when I’m feeling unmotivated to go the thought that I’m wasting money gets me to the gym. Unlimited classes for life.
