Right? It’s one of those things that you hear (DON’T LEAVE THE HOUSE WITH THE OVEN ON) but doesn’t seem to be based in experience. If you’re baking cookies and then leave the house for 4 hours that might spell disaster but I think it’s just not a big deal.
