I found this through a Medium search and thought it was super helpful/ enlightening. I’m currently working through this very problem, as I try to convince some people to help/ work on a startup idea.

My question for you is- how did this work out for you? It’s over a year since you posted your article, so I’m interested in a post-facto appraisal of the idea.
