My big goal right now is that I want to teach people that they don’t have to work their way up the corporate ladder, from the bottom, to become a successful game designer or developer. And then I’m going to teach them how to do it.

At the same time, I’m going to be doing it for myself, which is goal #2 (but really it’s goal #1 standing next to goal #1).
