Oak Trees have long marked a place to gather and have witnessed many historic events. They provide food and homes for humans(The Bowthrope Oak has a literal cottage inside it) and animals alike. They have sheltered both kings(The Royal Oak) and legends(The Major Oak( Robin Hood)), some even live for over 1000 years!!
As we move more and more into a mixture of digital and futuristic worlds the cultural and psychological importance of natural spaces like the all important Oak Grove need to be defended. We cannot allow our old growth groves be replaced with quick growing weeds and concrete jungles, we can still be the ones to look forward 50–1200 years into the future and do what is needed to plant and protect the future’s old growth Oak Groves across earth and the metaverse.

How will funds raised be used: High importance is placed on running a sustainable DAO for decades or even centuries and to do this we need a strong sense of governance and direction and to get that we need a powerful DAO. Funds for continued growth and completion of future goals is of great importance to all members and trees, so a portion of funds will go to the DAO treasury. And lastly some funds will be used to plant and protect Oak trees from acorn till adulthood. Funds will be split as so
LP: Planning on an extended sale with an ever increasing cost of entry, and plans to list initial LP with an even higher price still, creates a demand for liquidity and 75% of what is raised used as LP should suffice to keep the DAO functioning for the foreseeable future.
Treasury: The DAO treasury will take 20% of the raise and have it kept in a mixture of ETH and MATIC this will fund DAO growth through marketing, events, and achieving DAO goals.
Trees: This is by far the most important and best use of funds! This 10% will be used to directly fund the growth and protection of new trees that will out live us all! Land has already been acquired to plant the first grove so funds will go to materials and new trees. If cap is reached an orchard will be planted next to the grove which can bring benefits to holders much quicker.
