Thank you for the book link, I shall order a copy — my American financial knowledge almost starts & ends at about 1913 with Woodrow Wilsons Federal Reserve Act… and the few studies compiled on it :)

By the way I certainly do not object to having corporations, or to capitalism in any way, for I am a realist and can see how we public benefit enormously from having them.
I do feel that they have to be carefully watched and where necessary, regulated by “our” Govt to prevent those sociopaths that “rise to the top” from using that might to assume control over us for some nefarious profit practices…..hence I also dislike Corporations trying to unduly influence “our” politicians!
