Hey Sergey! Thanks so much for the thoughtful and insightful comment. I don’t think it’s an “either-or” perspective. A bot should or can take disorganized data and make use of it. But let’s say that is the general advantage of any AI or machine learning software: to select and structure information. Now jump over for a minute to the interfacing aspects. This technology needs to interface with humans (depending of course on the problem it’s solving) and there’s no reason to make it talk like a human in order to be compelling. It just needs to be able to interface in a way that’s buttery smooth and not annoying or clunky. :) I think we are both 100% on the same page.
