What triggers a user to order on a food app like Zomato?

It’s a great learning if we compare the way it’s been compared. But one of the important point which is missed here is to know why it’s not done by Zomato.

This would have made more sense for the startups like Swiggy, which own the delivery part but for Zomato which is dependent on the 3rd party for its delivery time, highlighting may not make that much sense. It may infact degrade the user experience if after highlighting they don’t match up with the delivery time. So you may consider it as a safe bet for Zomato to not highlight the delivery time.
