My first thought is that the Physical Web project is designed for situations like this. It similarly doesn’t require an app install, but doesn’t have the visual connection with the world or the physical setup needs of the building to set up beacons. Then again, your approach is similar to QR codes, which haven’t been very successful, mainly I think because they haven’t been used to help people very much, and just advertise info people don’t get much wow-factor from, unlike this.

Thanks for working on making people’s lives easier! Lots of people with difficulties walking will appreciate this.
