Oh, come on. She’s a software engineer who was good enough to get to Uber. I’ll bet she’d have absolutely no problem paying her bills if she were to quit. Maybe she’s there because she enjoys it. Maybe she likes Uber’s mission. Maybe she’s there for the equity.

Let’s let her make her own decisions. If she hasn’t had negative experiences there, I don’t know why we’d question this.
