This letter and comments of support are ridiculous.

Really? Someone has actually taken the time to create a website detailing every time they *think* she spent excess money? Do you not think that’s a bit bizarre? A bit too much fixation on tearing someone down? A bit cruel? A bit… I don’t know, irrelevant? It doesn’t matter really what *she* is doing.

Is the wage she gets livable, in general (regardless of whether her lifestyle is supported by it)? If not, is it okay for a company to pay a wage that’s not livable? Those are the questions we should be asking — not focused on tearing down one person. (And we don’t need to tear her down in order to answer those questions.)

If I were to summarize the impression I get of you, from just this one comment, it’d be this: lack of empathy.
