I’m sure—at least I hope—the author realizes that no one is going to do all of these things everyday of their lives. That said, I found most of these suggestions worthy of contemplation and some effort to to implement into one’s life. I don’t think it’s possible to perfect all of these things but finding ones that will add value and make our lives more fullfilling is worth some effort.
