Moghalu: The Leader of Real Understanding

I usually do not appeal directly to religious thought or sacred writings when I engage national issues in public space (although I have a worldview informed by the propositions of my faith), I find in the following text from the Bible an exact expression of my sentiment regarding the multiplicity of political parties and aspirants in our political space today:
“When the country is in chaos,
everybody has a plan to fix it—
But it takes a leader of real understanding
to straighten things out.”
That could be found in Proverbs 28:2 MSG
Nigeria is in existential chaos across all spectrum of our socio-economic life, and so everyone seems to have a plan to fix it. Talk of the ludicrous number of registered political parties amounting to 91 (and more to be registered after 2019 elections) and more than 100 aspirants. But as the sacred text says: "It takes a leader of REAL UNDERSTANDING to straighten things out."
Put on your rational cap, strip off religious and ethnic irredentism, and assess the over 100 declared presidential aspirants, and judge which is the leader of REAL UNDERSTANDING.
I have done so myself. I am not from the East, married to, nor have any connection with the East, but I find in Prof. Moghalu that leader of REAL UNDERSTANDING.
When I say REAL UNDERSTANDING, I mean as it relates to political governance.
He has REAL UNDERSTANDING of the plight of the people and what existential threats they face.
He has REAL UNDERSTANDING of fiscal and monetary policy.
He has REAL UNDERSTANDING of foreign policy.
He has REAL UNDERSTANDING of inclusive institutional governance.
He has REAL UNDERSTANDING of the wealth and poverty of nations.
He has REAL UNDERSTANDING of transformational leadership.
He has REAL UNDERSTANDING of 21st century technocratic, visionary leadership.
He has REAL UNDERSTANDING of what kind of educational system will furnish the intellect with skills for lifelong learning and skills for deployment in the society.
My high view of what sort of person I wish for as president of Nigeria was formed by many things among which was my interest in the founding fathers of America. Briefly, I studied them and found them to be men of versed learning, refined, articulate, men of compelling wit and intelligence, men of profound insights, rare zeal and patriotism, men of real understanding. What I find is that the developed economies of the world are crafted by fertile minds. All these I find almost entirely in Prof. Kingsley Moghalu.
I am willing to change choice of candidate if anyone can point at or show me an aspirant with superior qualities and that is a leader of REAL UNDERSTANDING. For now, I find none, but Prof. Kingsley Moghalu.
