5 Perfect Fragrances for Summer
As summer approaches, wardrobes are changing so are fragrances. Here are some of my favourite fragrances to use in summer.
Eau Parfumée au Thé Blanc
Eau Parfumée au Thé Blanc by Bvlgari was launched in 2003, created by Jacques Cavallier.
- Top notes: tea, artemisia, bergamot, bitter orange, orange blossom
- Middle notes: pepper, cardamom, coriander
- Base notes: amber, musk, rose, jasmine, woody notes
It is summer, so why not wear perfume that smells of a holiday in the Bahamas. To me this fragrance smells like a white summer dress on a beach. The complexity of this fragrance is soft and it is a complete masterpiece. It is light, soft and unobstructive. A very suitable fragrance for work environment. The ideal fragrance to begin the day. The ideal fragrance to unwind in the evening time.
Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue Eau Intense
Light Blue Eau Intense by Dolce and Gabbana was launched in 2017, created by perfumer olivier cresp.
- Top notes: lemon, granny smith apple
- Middle notes: marigold, jasmine
- Base notes: amber wood, musk
Light blue is a very citrusy fragrance with a tiny of fruity and floral combination. It is a very bright fragrance, it’s one of those fragrances that could change your mood. It is very fresh and clean in a way that it’s different from other fresh fragrances i’ve smelled. It does have lemon and apple notes at first but then it just settles into a magical smell, which is very mesmerizing.
Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche
Chance Eau Fraiche by Chanel was launched in 2007 by Jacques Polge.
- Top notes: lemon, cedar
- Middle notes: pink pepper, water hyacinth, jasmine
- Base notes: teakwood, iris, amber, patchouli, vetiver, white musk
Always a winner in summer and one of my favorite fragrances. A very sophisticated fragrance, it’s lemony and woody. Eau fraiche is a very beautiful and well blended perfume. It’s a lace trimmed blouse , well tailored pants sipping on a french martini somewhere in the south of France.
Parfums de Marly Delina
Delina by Parfums de Marly was launched in 2017 by Quentin Bisch.
- Top notes: rhubarb, bergamot, nutmeg, bergamot , lychee
- Middle notes: lily of the valley, peony, turkish rose, Musk, vanilla, petalia
- Base notes: vetiver, incense, cashmeren, cedar
A sexy and sophisticated scent perfect for the summer months. Delina is a very likable perfume, it’s high quality. It smells truly amazing and lasts a long time. If there’s a word I would use to describe this fragrance it would be femininity.
Gucci Bloom
Bloom by Gucci was launched in 2017 by Alberto Morillas.
- Top notes: green notes, orange
- Middle notes: tuberose, honeysuckle, jasmine
- Base notes: sandalwood, orris root, vanilla
Beautiful floral fragrance, perfect for the summer months. As the name implies its smells like walking in a blooming garden.
