Kirstin, thanks. Although there’s no mention of my family in it, I actually have written such a foreword, which is here. At my age I don’t expect to become a famous writer but hold out hope that the book will be enjoyed and appreciated for its heterodox treatment of evildoers. Maybe I should publish it under a pen name and refuse to give interviews.
