I pre-ordered your product and can’t wait to get it. I request you guys to be transparent with information. What is the projected shipping date? August 2017? How confident are you of meeting this date? What are all the features of the product you have now? Why are you taking people’s money so far in advance for the pre-order? Like, more than a year in advance. I haven’t seen such a long period for any product. Are you still in Research and Development phase? Is there a chance for the product not to pan out the way you imagined? May I return the product and get a full refund if I am not completely satisfied with the product (I am in the US). I request you to provide update lot more frequently with lot more details. I wish a great success. But please provide more information. Thanks.
