I’ve reached a point in my life where I know I need to lose weight for my own physical comfort and not for society’s, but every day is a struggle and the fight is more off than on.

I learned to stop apologizing for taking up space on the planet, but no matter how fat I am, it doesn’t protect me from the surprise pokes the world delivers sometimes.
