I agree, knowledge on its own is useless, focused action is necessary to manifest changes. But it’s really Love that’s the true power at the root of any positive action, especially when expressed towards the self. So if I wanted to change something in my life, I need to have a certain amount of self love in order to motivate myself to take focused action.
