Visualization of our goals is not just for mid to long-term goals.


We love to “SET GOALS”, but rarely do people do what it takes to achieve our goals with intention.

I have been experimenting with a practice of visualizing my day. It is part of my wake up routine. I lay in bed thinking of what I need to accomplish that day to move toward my big goals…I can actually see myself doing the task and see it complete. I get to experience the joy of “crossing it off the list”.
