Governance
GenesisX Governance and Proposals are now ACTIVE
The GenesisX community governance program will allow anyone with the updated version of the wallet to submit project proposals for integration, promotion, new exchange listings, marketing, development, etc and get the requested XGS coins if Masternode owners support it with **Yes** votes.
GenesisX aims to have a proposals platform that is:
* Open and inclusive
* Simple and user-friendly
* Financially and professionally rewarding
How It Works
View active GenesisX proposals that Masternode owners can vote on: http://xgs.mn.zone/proposals
Click on the proposal title to read more details about it. When ready to vote, click the `VOTE NOW` button of the proposal and copy the command you need to run.
How do proposals end up on the page
Before a proposal is submitted, we recommend opening it up for public discussion. This ensures that your proposal is reasonable and coherent enough to pass our voting standards. You can read more about the creation process below.

How To Create A Proposal
1. Login to your GitHub account
2. Create a proposal draft as a [GitHub Issue](https://github.com/genesis-x/proposals/issues).
3. Based on community feedback, refine the proposal to make it more suitable for voting on
4. Once ready, use GitHub issue created at step **2.** to add the proposal to the blockchain. Step by step instructions on how to do this are [here](https://github.com/genesis-x/proposals/blob/master/CREATE-A-PROPOSAL.md)
5. Wait for the MasterNode owners to vote on your proposal. Only 1 vote is allowed per MasterNode instance.
We have been looking forward to governance being in affect and look forward to the proposals to come.

The team continues to grow and although some team members have decided to leave for personal reasons we move forward.

New Roadmap
It is apparent that the current road map is grossly outdated and needs refining. XGS is going to release a new road map on the 16/11/18. This will reflect more where we are at as a project and where we want to head. Our vision is largely the same but now realising the importance of certain things we need to either remove or reshuffle to make it realistic. Of course with the addition of new trust worthy and transparent members to the team the road map will become even more achievable.
Investors
We have had an influx of new investors join the XGS family and we would like to welcome you all and provide as much transparency and opportunity to grow your investment. We do not take this lightly and thank you for you trust and interest in our project.
We have seen a substantial growth in the price over the last couple weeks also. We will keep you informed in premine usage and what its spent on at all times. We hope to slowly sell the premine as to not affect the price and create the income we need for development & advertising.
We are stronger together and this is only the beginning. We look forward to sharing more with you in the short term future.
