Joining the Nazi party purely in hopes of finding a job, German August Landmesser was eventually sentenced to two years at a labour camp for falling in love with a Jewish woman whom he tried to marry. But before he reached prison, this famous photograph captured Landmesser very public protest against the Nazi regime when he didn't salute Hitler during a public rally in 1936. And so August Landmesser is now remembered in history as the man who didn't salute Hitler.
Love overrode the anti-Semitism that swept throughout the country, though it wasn't strong enough to save his would-be bride Irma Eckler from Nazi persecution. Like so many others, Eckler’s life came to a tragic and premature end at a death camp.
the Nazi was inevitable.
current political parties whichever side you are choosing to be on, even in this country have portrayed uncanny foundational traits of such misanthropy, much to your ideological denial of this reality.
before you banter for years on end like lords of the realm to which you are no where near wise enough to handle any form of political conundrum except get ultimately excited when Game of Thrones come on the telly,
ask yourself first:
HAVE YOU PAID DETAILED ATTENTION AT LEAST BY PERSONAL RESEARCH ON THE UNDERLYING EVOLUTION IN ANY NATION’S POLITICAL AND OVERALL GROWTH TO UNDERSTAND AND IT’S STRUCTURAL PATTERNS AND PARALLELISMS TO OUR OWN?
if you have. keep on and you will understand my silence.
if you have yet. then begin now, or at least soon. before you speak any further.
at some point, i’ve matched new political reign with the evolution of fruit flies.
political uprisings, political ideologies, politicophobias, political revolutions and the unhinged political dabbles with religion in any country are like the inevitable evolution of various species of fruit flies you find on Darwin’s book. they evolve (or for the sake of creationists elsewhere, were born) differently. yet they are still…plain and simple: flies. from egg, to larvae, to that slight pupae and the fly. their life-cycle are generally the same, though somewhat distinct. but unfortunately, still the same: fly.
i’m sorry to break your hyped up bubble of wanting to be the answer to all questions: but this country, my country. it isn't a new story. nor is any country.
their births are marred with blood, their demise just as much or more, if not less.
a country isn't born with perfection. and so is a fly.
the only way for the fruit fly to redesign itself to be a greater evolved fly that will last till the end of the world is for the nation to be honest with itself.
be the fly, and accept your fly-ness.
try to learn from history other than memorising it. learn of others as much as your own. like you do when your neighbours fight and clear issues or not clear them at all. then later realize that most times it’s inevitable and non-conforming unchangeable unless you control that evolution and break away from the pattern altogether to be something newer and better.
before you speak politics. it’s better to begin with your own. even evolution begins with the DNA.
