These images are amazing. And so rare to see action photos from this period. Radbourn must have been a real charmer. Considering the rivalry, Boston vs New York, I’m surprised they were able to get them to pose together for a combined team portrait. Must have been a chilly spring day for Ward to be wearing what I would take for a modern-day warm-up jacket while on-deck, waiting his turn. Great stuff, as usual!
