Devcon 4 Updates by Genny — Are you eligible for a cheaper ticket?

Ethereum Devcon 4 (Prague) general full price (€ 1025 / ticket) tickets will go on sale in 3 waves with the first wave on July 9th, 2018 at 8am PDT at https://devcon4.ethereum.org.

Update September 10th, 2018:

All 3 waves of General Admissions tickets are now over, but you can enter for a chance to BUY a ticket (not a free ticket, a chance to buy at full price) through the Final appeals at https://devcon4.ethereum.org/apply/final-appeals
You must apply to the Final appeals before September 17, 2018.

The next and last wave of General Admissions tickets is on Monday, September 10 at 4pm PDT at https://devcon4.ethereum.org.

Update on July 27th, 2018:

The next wave of General Admissions tickets on Tuesday, August 7 at 8AM PDT at https://devcon4.ethereum.org. Anyone who applied for a discount or scholarship should hear back by then, so that if they didn’t qualify they can participate in the wave.

A total of 3,000 tickets will be available.
The Ethereum Foundation has asked for everyone’s support in respecting a limit of 1 ticket per person and 20 tickets per organization.

However, before buying your ticket at full price, I strongly recommend exploring discounts and scholarships:

Builder (developer, designer, researcher, community organizer, artist, etc.) Discount

You must either be an independent builder OR work at small organizations valued at less than $1M.
You can apply for the Builder Discount anytime after July 3rd, 2018 until 11:59PM PST on July 24th, 2018 (you are not limited to the waves of ticket sales).

Student Discount

You must be a student attending an accredited high school, college or university during the 2018 school year.
You must provide a proof of enrolment such as transcripts or student IDs that list your legal name (jpg, png, gif and pdf are accepted as proof).
If you are younger than 18, you will need to be accompanied by an adult. Your application will then be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
You can apply for the Student Discount anytime after July 3rd, 2018 until 11:59PM PST on July 24th, 2018 (you are not limited to the waves of ticket sales).

Global Accessibility Scholarship

You must be from a developing country.
You must be the most passionate builder, developer, designer, researcher, community builder, etc.
You can apply for the Global Accessibility Scholarship anytime after July 3rd, 2018 until 11:59PM PST on July 24th, 2018 (you are not limited to the waves of ticket sales).

Equity and Inclusiveness Scholarship

You must identify with an underrepresented population (race, gender, sexuality, etc.) within the Ethereum ecosystem.
You can apply for the Equity and Inclusiveness Scholarship anytime after July 3rd, 2018 until 11:59PM PST on July 24th, 2018 (you are not limited to the waves of ticket sales).

Future Scholarship

You must be a builder, developer, designer, researcher, community builder, etc. and/or a multiplier from an academic and/or research institution.
