Starting the Discussion: My Experience with Mental Health
Tom Franken

It takes a lot of courage to write this post, and very well done. Your emotional intelligence is strong as is your voice — both key components to a successful recovery.

I grew up in Youngstown/Boardman. It is very meaningful to me that you are reaching out from there, as I went to OU and determined that I would create a psychology of love that now, many years later, I have realised in my 27-year practice as a Life Coach.

There are strong dreams in Youngstown, dreams of life and success that will not die. I feel that you are part of the soul of the strength that will always live there, and bravo to you for being so open.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
