Hey!

Thanks for the feedback! So, there’s a couple things to consider:

  1. We get bulk volume discounts, so we pass that discount along to our users, therefore increasing the profit and getting them pretty close to if you were to DIY.
  2. We have merch built into alerts and recent events, so when somebody buys merch from your store an on-screen alert will pop up and you will also see who bought what in your recent events so you can give them a shoutout. Big value-add for viewers.
  3. Buying packaging, tape, postage, dropping off at the post office can be a headache, which is why we handle all of that for users so they can focus on streaming and growing their channel.
