Thanks for the feedback! So, there’s a couple things to consider:
- We get bulk volume discounts, so we pass that discount along to our users, therefore increasing the profit and getting them pretty close to if you were to DIY.
- We have merch built into alerts and recent events, so when somebody buys merch from your store an on-screen alert will pop up and you will also see who bought what in your recent events so you can give them a shoutout. Big value-add for viewers.
- Buying packaging, tape, postage, dropping off at the post office can be a headache, which is why we handle all of that for users so they can focus on streaming and growing their channel.
