Great comment regarding Axiom 3. Perhaps a clearer statement of Axiom 3 would be that “hard work on fulfilling projects is a means to self-actualization.” Hard work on menial or repetitive tasks as you noted is not compelling. But I would say that working hard on efforts you deem worthy is motivating and inspirational. A challenge to tackle gives meaning to life.
