I am the Chief Customer Officer for Vendasta Technologies Inc., leading the customer-facing sales guild of more than 250 professionals dedicated to ensuring the success of a global stable of vendors, channel partners, and end-users. I have a passion for training, coaching, and mentoring an ever-growing Vendasta customer base of more than 65,000+ channel partners, entrepreneurs, and sales professionals. In 2016 I returned to my broadcast roots and created the Conquer Local Podcast to help sales leaders, frontline sales professionals, and channel partners drive success in their digital customer journey. The Conquer Local Podcast enters its 5th season and has been ranked among the Top 10 business podcasts on iTunes. It is heard in 55 countries by more than 20,000 unique listens every month. Conquer Local has been awarded a Finny Content Award in 2021, and Silver for best Sales Podcast in 2022. My passion for coaching and mentoring sales professionals and entrepreneurs continues with online courses hosted in the Conquer Local Academy. Over 12,000 learners have enhanced their digital sales skills through programs like “Monthly Recurring Revenue Growth” and the “Snapshot Ninja” Also, I am a proud founding member of the Toronto chapter of Pavillion. I have also been a guest lecturer in the MBA program at the University of Saskatchewan's Edwards School of Business. Prior to joining Vendasta, I was a creative specialist and business leader in media, spending 15 years in radio as a RAB certified radio manager and marketer, plus five years as a leader in publishing. During the months and years of the Covid 19 pandemic, I was inspired to build an online Sales Institute to help sales professionals and entrepreneurs navigate the ever-changing world of selling. Triumph Selling Institute was built to help new sellers become digitally enabled, upskill sophomore sellers' digital selling skills, and build seasoned sales professionals into Masters. Triumph Selling continues to fuel my passion for helping sellers find success in today's business environment.
