Three Types of people you need in your Organisation


For any successful company you will need three types of people to scale and be successful. Excerpt from Les McKeown, founder of Predictable Success, outlines problems and solutions through every stage of a business.

1. Visionary
2. Operator
3. Processor

Visionary
They are starters, they love new things, new beginnings, new products…etc. They love starting things because they love the Freedom and Autonomy it brings. Even though they are very energetic and enthusiastic about beginning things, they are horrible finishers. That is why they need an Operator.

Operator
They get things done. They do not follow rules and will use any force or methods to get things done. They are great finishers and hate why a Visionary comes up with the next idea.

Processor
They bring consistency and predictability to the business. Working with a Visionary and Operator is chaotic as they got things done by hook or by crook but for sustainability and predictable business, you need the Processor to bring systems and processes in place.

The Visionary, Operator and Processor have their own approach and it key to have a symbiotic relationship in order to be successful. According to Les, it takes close to 3-4 years to attain that level of perfection and maturity.
