I am the CEO of an exeprience design and integration company called ANC that creates and operates some of the most extraordinary large scale video installations across sports venues, live events, and high-profile public places.

I don't golf or fish in my free time, but I love to furiously scribble and share my insights, analysis, and perspectives on matters of business, leadership and life. My goal is never consultant babble from the cheap seats of theory, but insightful perspectives from being "in it" - and from my unique professional journey.​

In my career I have always followed the desire to do engaging work, surround myself with inspiring people, create new things, accrue proud accomplishments, constantly take on new challenges, and to always operate and lead with integrity, high EQ, originality, and courage.

​I have developed Academy, Golden Globe, and Emmy Award winning films, served as a Fortune 100 senior executive, built and scaled a global technology platform, started and exited new ventures, and often been an early pioneer of emerging opportunities. I have done so as an auto-didact - de-constructing and forging my own way, figuring it out, creating as I go.

​The greatest passion of my journey, though, has always been collaboration and leadership. I learn from everyone I work with, and so I seek to help nurture everyone back with the benefits of my own experience.

So these posts are where I will spit all that back out instead of wander around a golf course, and if any of it proves of benefit or interest to anyone -- all the better!
