I am not surprised! these Judges or Justices in Kansas have no authority under the Constitution of Kansas or the Federal Constitution to legislate, meaning write new law with by their opinion. In law, the law is what the law says what the law is by the contents of the words in the law and by the context of those words spelling out the meaning of the law. Judges don’t make, they uphold the law. I know this is a Liberal rag but even Liberals know the law and were part of writing these exact laws.
