A Few Helpful Tips for Curly Hair
Embrace the Curl

To start with you need to learn to embrace your curl! Natural curls are stunning and very hard to achieve using curlers! Stop fighting the curl and enjoy it. Put your straighteners away and feel confident about your curly locks.
T-Shirt Tip

Stop drying your hair with a towel and try using a cotton T-Shirt. It sounds crazy but using a T-Shirt is suppose to help prevent frizz usually caused by your towel. When your hair is wet, it becomes weak and vulnerable. If we use a regular towel to dry it, the texture of the towel is too rough and can damage the cuticle of our hair. Towels absorb all the moisture from our hair, when what we want to do is absorb the excess water leaving the moisture. This is because the moisture is there to help prevent our hair from becoming frizzy. Try using a T-shirt and see how it works!
Coconut Oil

I love coconut oil! It is my absolute favorite, I 100% believe it works for so many different things. When it comes to curly hair coconut oil is amazing for moisturising and nourishing dull hair. It helps reduce the frizz, breakage, dandruff, split ends and general day to day wear and tear of the hair. You can apply coconut oil as much as you want through your mid lengths and ends because curly hair will just soak up. You will notice within days your hair will be feeling softer and brighter!
Sleep on a Silk Pillowcase

This tip is amazing for your hair but also your skin! A silk pillowcase is smoother than a cotton pillowcase, therefore your hair glides over the pillow preventing tangles. Also silk pillow cases absorb less moisture from your hair and skin!
