GeoPackage Vector Tiles
OGC GPKG has published extensions to support Protocol Buffer Format and GeoJSON Vector Tiles. These extensions add some additional metadata tables. This is great news and enables big data on mobile apps.

Tile Utilities has been updated to create GeoPackage vector tiles from MBTILES (it also supports ESPG:3395)
Coming soon we be extending the tile clipping tool (area of interest) to support GPKG vector tiles and 3395 vector tiles and raster tiles
