Interesting to read some of the responses here. “You should have identified yourself”. “You shouldn’t have parked behind them”.
Whatever happened to the principle of ‘innocent until proven guilty’? Why be aggressive towards a member of the public who did identify that he had concerns for the welfare of another member of the public?
This is the problem in this world today. It’s a short step from this sort of response, to the “I’m sorry the girl got raped, but she was wearing a short skirt; if she didn’t want to be raped, she should have worn something less provocative.”
No, think about it. Innocent until proven guilty. The author of this wasn’t being aggressive, wasn’t threatening the safety of the officers, wasn’t attempting to stop them in the prosecution of their duty.
