I Lost 86 Pounds and Learned a Few Things
Chris Higgins

Great work Chris!

What a sense of accomplishment. And you did it.

Sure, you may have gotten some support from your wife and your personal trainer. But is was a commitment to yourself that created your results.

I was once over weight too. It took one decision to make one change that made everything else possible. I was once resigned to believing that my excess weight was a part of the natural aging process and there was nothing I could do that would make a difference. Like you, I had a wake up call and I said to myself that I had enough. I realized change was possible.

It is important to surround yourself with other like minded people who support you and your dream. Other people who know through experience that change is possible. You just have to believe.

Thanks for such an honest account of your journey, Chris.
