Listen to Yourself from AboveTake a moment to step back from the conversation. Hear the other party as her mother, her friend, her son hears her. Hear yourself, and then hear yourself as your wife, your boss, and your parents hear you. Also hear yourself as your worst enemy hears you. Then, most importantly, hear the whole conversation.
