If you can, OSU and Mayo, top neurology centers in the world.
I keep a PPO plan because I need to be in OH, NY and TX for extended periods of time, but this state-based insurance is NUTS especially when I see Democrats crow about how the ACA has enabled young people to become entrepreneurs, blah, blah, blah. Which young people? The only ones I know are all working and living across state lines! They see themselves as AMERICANS, not Ohioans or Michiganders, etc. The 50 state model is dreadfully broken in many different ways, yet health insurance and ESPECIALLY the ACA is dragging us all back! (This is gonna be one of my letters to Hillary, not that she really cares…)
My PPO is more expensive but it is a bare minimum. Not sure how much longer I’ll be able to keep it.
