I’m tired of individuals who make funding decisions for us regarding health care — especially veterans — hiding under this big umbrella we call “The Government.” The Government does not exist; people who make decisions that deny citizens health care do. These people who determined that Peter was not eligible for care killed him. I think we need to start making that more clear.
