Is this something they are going to enforce going forward or are their algorithms going to crawl through and look for similar phrasing and start locking accounts?

Sometimes I just republish a story because it was something I wrote a few years back, I’d like to share the link and can’t for the life of me FIND THE DAMN THING using Medium search tool. Literally, I would not do this if I could actually find the original story!

Anyway, sure hope they don’t start crawling through every story on every account and I wake up to find myself locked out over a half dozen duplicates made out of frustration with the anemic search engine here. I think that time spent of beefing up their search would be time better spent.
