You inadvertently hit on another pet peeve of mine. In America, nobody is persuaded to do that right thing without the discussion of cost. We should help Peter because we are all human beings and it is the right thing to do! That should be enough. But we always gotta go to ROI in this country. It makes me inconsolably sad.
