Gerard Saguto Beethoven

February 23–25, 2024, Colorado Symphony and Colorado Symphony Chorus will perform their rendition of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony. A longtime fan of Ludwig van Beethoven, Gerard Saguto has been deeply inspired by the compositions of the revered musician. As a Classical Choral Music Singer and Chorus Group Member, Saguto is excited to hear Colorado Symphony’s approach to performing Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony. The performance will be led by Conductor Laureate and Music Director, Marin Alsop, joined by Duain Wolfe, Director of Colorado Symphony Chorus. Notable featured artists set to perform include Inbal Segev on Cello and, of course, Saguto is eager to see and hear how Marin Alsop and Duain Wolfe impact the overall performance! Along with the performance of Beethoven’s Symphony №9 in D Minor, Op. 125 and “Choral,” Colorado Symphony Chorus will also perform Anna Clyne’s Dance for Cello and Orchestra and Reen Esmail’s See Me. Saguto eagerly awaits this stellar performance, set to take place in February 2024 at Boettcher Concert Hall at Denver Performing Arts Complex.
