I also disagree with #1 because I think college is a money-sucking-waste of time. Not that you don’t learn anything there and it’s absolutely a lot of fun. But it just isn’t worth $37,172 debt (for US students) or even €15,000 (for Dutch people). I do only say this for specific job types (like programmers, artist, graphic designers) and people that have a very clear business plan. There are still plenty jobs for which a degree is simply necessary. Besides that, great article.
